Subscribing to ConstructionWire has been one of my better decisions. I have been a member of the Dodge reports among other such associations which are fairly costly. Your service is much more economical, and covers a broader range of potential customers. I have found that the most effective way for me to obtain my best leads is to first go over the whole list, pick out all construction that is within range of my travel, then size of project I wish to handle and so on.

I wind up with a few high quality leads that have been very productive. The only problem that I have is that I still wind up with more leads than I can handle.
